Rules
- You must be in possession of a valid E.A. rod licence before fishing
- Barbless hooks only
- All fishing nets must be dry before commencing fishing
- All anglers must have a suitable unhooking mat and landing net per person
- No tackle is to be left unattended at any time – owners do so at own risk
- No braid lines to be used
- Method feeders must not be fixed
- No fly fishing
- All fish must be returned to the water after capture immediately
- Fish must not be killed or taken away from the fishery
- No keepnets except when participating in fishing matches only
- No bait boats
- Only fish from marked pegs
- Do not handle fish in towels this causes damage to the fish
- Banned Baits: Nuts, Cat & Dog food, No Floating Baits and Lures
- No more than 2kg of ground bait/carp pellet to be used per visit
- Do not throw un-used bait into the lake
- No swimming or wading in the lake
- Take all litter, discarded line and unused bait home
- Radios, Alcohol, Dogs, Cycling, Fires or BBQ’s are NOT permitted on site
- Please show courtesy/ respect to fellow anglers and our fish
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Please use toilets at stable block
- Please pay bailiff in attendance
Watmore farm fishery takes no responsibility for any accident of any nature what so ever to any persons
All vehicles and equipment are left at the owner’s risk
The management reserve the right to refuse admission and to change the rules at any time.
All anglers fishing at Watmore Farm are asked to respect all the rules.
